  • Probate and administration of estates, and committeeship applications;
  • Advising business clients regarding corporate and commercial transactions, such as share purchase/sale and asset purchase/sale transactions;
  • Advising local governments on various local governance issues;
  • Dispositions of various types of forest tenures;
  • Debt recovery through the Builders' Lien Act and Strata Property Act lien process;
  • Incorporation of societies and drafting of bylaws and constitutions.
