PROFILE
Leah is an associate with Fulton & Company LLP, and has a general solicitor practice with a focus on wills and estate planning, as well as local government law.
Leah provides comprehensive estate planning advice and regularly prepares Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements, trusts and property transfers. Leah also advises and assists clients with all aspects of estate administration and applications for probate and letters of administration. Leah regularly advises executors, trustees and beneficiaries in the context of estates and trusts.
In addition, as a member of the firm's Local Government Practice Group, Leah regularly provides advice with respect to many issues affecting local governments.
Leah also has a broad solicitor background involving corporate and commercial matters such as business acquisitions/sales and incorporations, and residential and commercial real estate transactions.

- Advising local governments on local governance issues, including providing legal opinions about various issues affecting local governments, contract review, negotiation and drafting, statute interpretation, and bylaw review and drafting
- Commercial and residential real estate transactions, and preparing various property-use contracts
- Advising business clients regarding corporate and commercial transactions, such as share
purchase/sale and asset purchase/sale transactions - Dispositions of various types of forest tenures
- Debt recovery through the Builders Lien Act and Strata Property Act lien process
- Incorporation of societies and drafting of bylaws and constitutions
