PROFILE
Dan Carroll is a Partner and trial lawyer with Fulton & Company LLP. Since 2008, Dan has practiced primarily in the area of Indian Residential School Claims. This work will continue at least until September 2012. Prior to that, Dan practiced primarily in the areas of criminal law and wills and estates litigation, but he also dealt with personal injury claims and all sorts of commercial business, contract and property disputes. Dan has successfully represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia: British Columbia Court of Appeal, British Columbia Supreme Court and British Columbia Provincial Court. During his university years, Dan moonlighted as a professional musician, playing guitar in reggae and alternative rock bands. After graduating from law school, Dan practiced with a large Vancouver law firm before returning home to Kamloops in 1999 where he has practiced law ever since.

- Successful Residential School claims resulting in two of the largest compensation awards for Residential School abuse in Canada
- Trial Counsel, Co-Counsel and Appeal Counsel in several cases where accused persons were charged with second degree murder
- Successful defence of Not Criminally Responsible by reason of Mental Disorder in second degree murder case
- Successfully resolved multi-million dollar Wills and Estates case on behalf of disinherited spouse in context of separation agreement and pre-death family trust
