PROFILE
Dan Carroll is a senior associate and trial lawyer with Fulton & Company. Dan practices primarily in the areas of Criminal Law, Residential School Claims and Wills and Estate litigation, but he also deals with personal injury claims and all sorts of commercial business, contract and property disputes. Dan has successfully represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia: British Columbia Court of Appeal, British Columbia Supreme Court and British Columbia Provincial Court. During his university years, Dan moonlighted as a professional musician, playing guitar in reggae and alternative rock bands. After graduating from law school, Dan practiced with a large Vancouver law firm before returning home to Kamloops in 1999 where he has practiced law ever since.

- Successful defence of Not Criminally Responsible by reason of Mental Disorder in second degree murder case
- Successfully resolved multi-million dollar Wills and Estates case on behalf of disinherited spouse in context of separation agreement and pre-death family trust
- Successfully resolved multi-million dollar ranch estate dispute
- Trial and Appeal Counsel for aboriginal protesters asserting aboriginal rights at the Sun Peaks Ski Report, near Kamloops, British Columbia
- Trial Counsel on numerous serious indictments for offences such as armed robbery, break and enter, home invasion, aggravated assault, drug trafficking, narcotics production and cultivation, criminal negligence causing death or bodily harm and dangerous driving
- Counsel for numerous plaintiffs and defendants pressing and defending Wills Variation Act claims, attacking pre-death property transfers, resolving disputed Estate accounts and executor disputes and disputed Committee applications
