Jeff is a partner with Fulton & Company and has been practicing primarily in the insolvency field for 16 years with emphasis on complex commercial realizations, bankruptcy insolvency law, foreclosures, and personal property realization. Jeff acts for financial institutions throughout British Columbia, as well as bankruptcy trustees and receivers. Jeff also has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation matters.

Jeff has acted for national banks, credit unions, and private lenders in every aspect of both residential and commercial realization. Jeff has acted for both lenders and receivers to oversee completion of construction projects, sale of business as a going concern, commercial foreclosures, realization on substantially all of the assets of various businesses, and has acted for commercial clients in a variety of matters, including shareholder and partnership disputes, shareholder oppression actions, and various contractual matters.
