Harold is a senior partner with Fulton & Company and has been practising in the corporate and commercial field for the past 35 years with particular emphasis on commercial loan securitization and realization, commercial and residential mortgage foreclosures, and bankruptcy and insolvency law. Harold acts for financial institutions, private lenders, Trustees in Bankruptcy as well as private business clients.
