Harold is a senior partner with Fulton & Company and has been practising in the corporate and commercial field for the past 30 years with particular emphasis on commercial loan securitization and realization, commercial and residential mortgage foreclosures, personal property realization, bankruptcy and insolvency law and gaming law. Harold acts for financial institutions, private lenders, Crown corporations and Trustee's in Bankruptcy as well as private business clients.
