PROFILE
Rick is a partner with Fulton & Company LLP with expertise in construction law and risk management associated with construction issues. As a solicitor, Rick is involved in business law including local government law, residential and commercial real estate transactions, Wills and estate planning, debt recovery and realization. Before becoming a lawyer, Rick completed his Interprovincial Tradesman Qualification as an electrical journeyman.

- Negotiating and completing real estate transactions (purchase and sale) for both commercial and residential properties;
- Providing advice on all matters relating to construction law;
- Reviewing and drafting front-end tender documents for construction projects ranging from small to multi-million dollar projects;
- Administering Builders' Lien matters including registration, settlement and payments into court;
- Advising on Municipal property and construction law issues;
- Providing Strata Property advice to strata corporations and strata management companies.
