PROFILE
Len has a diverse background but specializes in cases dealing with public authorities, including all levels of government and Crown corporations. Len has been acting for victims of physical and sexual abuse in institutional settings for over 17 years, including a large number of Residential School survivors.

- Successfully defended a Crown corporation in complex commercial litigations.
- Provided advice to local governments pertaining to by-law prosecution, building regulation and land use issues, by-law drafting and business licensing.
