PROFILE

Edwin is a Partner with Fulton & Company LLP and practices in the areas of business law, technology and intellectual property, financial services, real estate, and estate planning and management. Edwin's clients range from start-up and emerging businesses to large institutions as well as not-for-profit organizations. Edwin is a member of various advisory boards in business and technology related areas.

 

Edwin was previously in-house counsel to a Vancouver based technology company where he had responsibility for its legal affairs and was a part of the company's executive management team.  He also previously practised in other private law firms in Kamloops and in a national firm based in Vancouver.
