PROFILE

Mervin is a senior partner with Fulton & Company LLP. Mervin represents individuals throughout the Province who have sustained injuries at the fault of others.  Most of his practice has its origin in motor vehicle accidents.  Mervin has extensive experience negotiating settlements on behalf of his clients with ICBC and other insurers.  Mervin has also conducted many personal injury trials before Judges and Civil Juries.

 

In an effort to better inform the public of their legal rights and responsibilities when injuried, Mervin authors a column entitled Insurance Matters which is published in the Kamloops Daily News.
