Jennifer Cockbill


Jennifer recently joined Fulton & Company Law Corporation as an associate in the Realization & Insolvency Group of the firm’s Vancouver office. She is experienced in all aspects of mortgage and security enforcement, both retail and commercial, and regularly acts for institutional and private lenders in foreclosure and receivership matters. Having previously practised with the insolvency and restructuring group at a large national law firm, Jennifer also has extensive experience assisting creditors, trustees and other stakeholders in proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act.
