    Administrative Services Assistant (Kamloops Office)

    We are seeking an Administrative Services Assistant for our Wills & Estates Team.  In this role you will be the first point of contact with our clients, answering phone calls and emails, booking appointments and managing lawyers’ calendars. You will be responsible for opening all the new files, and closing completed files.   You will have the responsibility of managing our “valuable papers filing system”, and you will also assist the paralegals and lawyers with administrative tasks.   An important part of this position is client contact.  The ideal candidate is well groomed, has a professional phone manner and is comfortable speaking with clients. If you have high standards of customer service, this position is for you!

    Default Portfolio Liquidation Specialist (Vancouver Office)

    We are seeking a Default Portfolio Liquidation Specialist to join our Foreclosure and Collections team. This position is ideal for a candidate with 1 – 2 years of legal administrative assistant experience. A typical day in this position would include performing various online searches, preparing and e-filing court and land title documents, coordinating court hearings, communicating with clients and lenders’ customers (or their lawyers), inputting and uploading memoranda, data and documentation to secure web-based reporting systems, document drafting, process service and other supplier management, together with typical legal administrative tasks.
