    We are seeking to add an entry level Accounting Clerk to support our Accounting Department. This role is ideal for a person who values integrity and has a meticulous attention to detail, with a flair for numbers.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    • Preparing and processing cheques and payments;
    • Process office billings;
    • Reviewing and entering accounts payable invoices;
    • Data entry, spreadsheets, records, and filing; and

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • High school diploma with post-secondary courses in accounting is preferred;

  • Conveyancing Specialist (Vancouver)

    We are seeking to add a full-time in-office Conveyancing Specialist to support our Retail Mortgage Enforcement Team at our Vancouver office. We are looking for someone who possesses superior organizational and interpersonal skills, prioritizes tasks effectively, pays keen attention to detail and has a demonstrable ability to tackle a high volume of legal support duties within tight deadlines.

     Duties & Responsibilities

    • Preparation of documentation relating to residential sale transactions;
    • Conducting BC Online searches;
    • Managing closings of sale transactions and filing documents in Land Title Office;
    • Communicating in a timely fashion with purchase & sale transaction players and their representatives (realtors, notaries/solicitors and others) as required;
    • Drafting legal documents and correspondence;
    • Completing sale and mortgage payout transactions and preparing internal documents relating to trust transactions/trust account documentation;
    • Completing mortgage reinstatement transactions;
    • Ensuring key closings dates and tasks are diarized;
