Fulton is pleased to announce the opening of our new Prince George office, led by experienced business lawyer Roberta Stewart.

A long-standing member of the Prince George legal community, Roberta brings extensive experience in business law, real estate, and estates. Her practice focuses on advising business owners on corporate reorganizations, commercial transactions, business succession planning, drafting and reviewing complex agreements, and corporate compliance.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Fulton,” says Stewart. “Having the depth of support from Fulton’s business, corporate, and commercial law team means greater capacity for my clients, seamless coverage when I’m out of the office, and the ability to refer matters outside my practice area to a strong group of trusted colleagues. It’s an exciting next step both for me and for my clients.”
In addition to her legal practice, Roberta is deeply connected to the Prince George community. She currently serves on the board of the Northern BC Women in Business Association, the board of the Prince George Community Foundation and is a past governor of the Real Estate Foundation of British Columbia. She also prioritizes mentorship to articling students and young professionals entering the legal field.
With her combination of practical business law knowledge, additional tax training, and commitment to community, Roberta exemplifies Fulton’s client-first values. The Prince George office will provide local clients with the advantage of working with Roberta while also having access to the full resources of a large, collaborative law firm.
“We’re excited to welcome Roberta and to grow Fulton’s presence in Northern BC,” says Edwin Mark, Lead Partner of Fulton’s Business Law Practice Group. “Her experience and strong local roots make her an ideal leader for our Prince George office, and we look forward to supporting her in serving businesses, individuals, and families across the region.”
