We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Lawyer to join our Solicitor department. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial desire, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a candidate with a positive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong interpersonal skills, who is eager to contribute to business development initiatives, build relationships within the community, and develop a growing client base. The successful candidate will hold an LLB or J.D. and be a member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia. You will have two to five years of corporate/commercial law experience, along with strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
In this role, you will manage your own files while supporting senior lawyers on complex matters, demonstrating sound judgment, organization, and effective client management. You are self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

COMEPNSATION & BENEFITS:
- Competitive Salary: $85,000–$140,000 annually, with performance-based bonus opportunities. Individual pay is determined by market rates, job-related skills, relevant experience, and an internal equity review of other employees’ salaries.
