Confident in her resolve to use creative solutions, Emily chooses to approach both her life and the law with an inquisitive curiosity. Always aware of the bigger picture, Emily understands the whole problem before deciding how to proceed. She concentrates on finding the best and most progressive resolution as her understanding of both the problem and the players, grows.

As part of the Vancouver office’s Realization Team, Emily represents both institutional and private lenders in foreclosure and insolvency proceedings. Appearing regularly in court, Emily represents clients on matters of mortgage enforcement, debt collection, bankruptcy and insolvency.

After speaking with Emily for even five minutes, you’ll likely find out that she LOVES animals, specifically her Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Jasper, whom she refers to as her “pandemic baby.” Born and raised in Vancouver, Emily is a people person, who enjoys listening to and uplifting anyone in her circles, or engaging in a spirited hockey debate at a family event.
